But what is an Open House?

Open houses are a time-honoured way to bring exposure and potential buyers to a home you are looking to sell. Home Buyers tend to use open houses to find their next home, or to find the right Real Estate Agent, too! It’s also an extremely efficient way to show your property to a large number of potential buyers, reducing the need for arranging individual viewings. Commonly, Open Houses happen over a weekend. A Saturday or Sunday, for a 2-3 hour period. We come prepared to any Open House that we Host; with snacks, beverages, Buyers Guides, Sellers Guides, and a smile on our face! Eager to show off your home, and to meet the potential buyers.
